Chaos to Calm is a course for mums like you who want more for themselves and more for their family.  Over 30 days, it will move you from overwhelmed, frustrated and lost to confident, resilent, and empowered.  It will focus on both your own self-care as well as giving you a range of practical techniques to improve the relationship with your pre-teen/teenager and manage typical problems.

Why me?

As a mum of 8 children, I have been where you are.  I often felt overwhelmed, frustrated and stressed.  I wanted a close relationship with my teenager  but so often, we were at loggerheads.  I wanted to help my teen with their problems, but they shut the door.

I wanted to be the best mum that I could be, but if I’m brutally honest, I felt as though I was failing.

But, through working with pre-teens and teenagers in my role as a secondary teacher, I learnt new methods to improve communication, gain respect and manage conflicts.  I also gained qualifications in mindfulness and nlp, and began to implement specific techniques at home.  Things began to shift.

Making these changes, I became happier, more relaxed and could manage the daily motherhood stresses. I changed my language and took decisive action.  I was calmer and in control. As a result, everyone was happier.

  3. Your actions – showing love in actions can be very powerful when parenting teens and you will find out which ones are more likely to produce results and lead to a happier, more relaxed household.
  4. Problems – giving you the tools to be able to manage problems as they occur, so that you can overcome the bumps and maintain the positivity in your family.

As well as videos and a workbook, you will have access to a private Facebook group so that you can chat to other mums on the course as well as having access to a weekly Q&A with me.
